If a project agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.

2. Services and Proposals

Descriptions on this website are general. The exact deliverables, timeline, price, revision allowance and responsibilities for paid work should be confirmed in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work or similar project document before work begins.

Starting prices shown on the website are not a guarantee that every project will qualify for that price.

3. Scope Changes

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or timeline changes. We will normally identify material scope changes before completing the extra work so the client can approve the adjustment.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, access credentials, brand assets, legal text and other materials reasonably required to complete the project. Delayed feedback or missing materials may affect delivery dates.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any text, images, trademarks, software, data or other materials they provide to us.

5. Payments

Payment amounts and schedules are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Work may be paused if a required payment becomes overdue. Third-party costs, advertising spend, domains, hosting, licenses, stock assets or subscription fees are separate unless the project document specifically says they are included.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing tools, methods, reusable code, templates, know-how and third-party materials remain the property of their original owner. Rights to final custom deliverables transfer only to the extent stated in the project agreement and after required payments have been completed.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, WordPress plugins, payment processors, advertising platforms, APIs or software subscriptions. Their availability, pricing, policies and performance are outside our direct control.

8. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with site security, misuse forms, distribute malicious code, scrape the site in a harmful manner, impersonate another person or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

We aim to provide professional services and accurate information, but this website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every website feature, external service or third-party integration will operate without interruption indefinitely.

Marketing, advertising, SEO and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, so no specific revenue, ranking, lead volume or performance result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

We may suspend work where required payments are overdue, required cooperation is not provided, or continued work would involve unlawful, abusive or unsafe activity. Either party may end a project subject to the cancellation, payment and delivery terms in the applicable agreement and Refund Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the updated date shown on this page unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
